The whole world is living in anticipation of the main sport event, the Olympic Games. They designate health and beauty, which are perhaps the most important values for every human being. And who if not the trainers help their clients in their physical perfection?
Show the best the trainers team of your fitness club can do. Shoot an exciting dynamic video to demonstrate how you use Life Fitness or Hammer Strength equipment to help your clients live healthier lives. It can be an example of your workout, the story of your club or your clients’ feedback. And yes, we encourage your clients to take part in your video!
Both for the Olympic Games and Life Fitness competition victory is the action. There will be no losers in Life Fitness competition MY CLUB. MY GYM. MY TRAINER, and every participant will get his prize – Life Fitness Academy* master classes as a guaranteed prize for every team. Life Fitness Academy master class at your club as the Grand Prize will be awarded to the author of the video, which will get the most “likes” totally on all Life Fitness Russia social media resources – Facebook, Vkontakte, YouTube.
*Life Fitness Academy is a specialized insitution founded by Life Fitness. It unites internationally recognized trainers and provides education programs for fitness professionals.

02.LET THE WHOLE WORLD SEE YOUR VIDEO

Your video will be uploaded to all Life Fitness resources: our website, Youtube channel, Facebook and Vkontakte pages.

Taking part in Life Fitness competition you will get a great chance to:
1. MAKE A CLAIM ABOUT YOURSELF AND INCREASE YOUR POPULARITY. Your video will be uploaded to all Life Fitness Russia resources:
- Life Fitness Russia YouTube channel, Facebook and Vkontakte pages
Voting will be open to everyone: all Life Fitness resources visitors, your colleagues, friends, and clients wanting to support their favorite trainer and fitness club.
2. GET CLOSER TO YOUR CLIENTS. Regular customer can not only vote for your video but also take part in it. Let them share their emotions and tell potential clients about the advantages of your club.
3. MOTIVATE THE STUFF AND PULL YOUR TEAM TOGETHER. Besides getting passes on Life Fitness Academy master classes as a guaranteed prize, working on the video will help all participants to unleash their creativity, to cooperate with each other and become a great team.

03.GET YOUR PRIZE

There will be no losers in this competition – all participants will be awarded.

HOW TO TAKE PART:
1. To enter a competition, please, send a request for participation at pr@lifefitness.su
2. Shoot an exciting video about your fitness club or gym.
3. Send us your video during the period from the 1st of November 2013 till the 1st of March 2014.
4. The videos approved by the judges will be uploaded to all Life Fitness Russia Resources. All visitors will be able to vote for the visitors.
5. Open voting for a video will start from the moment of its uploading on Life Fitness Russia resources till March, 31 (11:59 p.m. Moscow time). The sooner you send us your video, the sooner we will upload it, and the more chances you will have to get more “likes”.
COMPETITION RULES:
1. No limits for your ideas. You are free to create the scenario, choose the concept and the characters of your video. It can be an exciting workout, an interesting story about your club, gym, trainers team, an interview with your clients, professional advice, etc.
2. The duration of your video must be no longer than 3 minutes.
3. Life Fitness and/or Hammer Strength equipment must be shown in your video.
4. Demonstration of other manufacturers’ products, logos, brand names, etc. is not allowed.
5. Having sent us your video, you confirm that you assign to Life Fitness the copyright on the video and grant Life Fitness the rights to publish and use your video. You also ensure that all participants of the video have no objections to the video publication.
6. Life Fitness reserves the right to reject publishing a video without giving comments and without explanting the reasons of the decision.
THE ELECTION OF WINNERS
Life Fitness Academy master class at your club as the Grand Prize will be awarded to the author of the video, which will get the most “likes” totally on all Life Fitness Russia social media resources – Facebook, Vkontakte, YouTube. In case one or more participants get the same maximum quantity of “likes” the grand prize will be awarded to all winners. Moreover, all participants will have a chance to get a Special Prize for the most interesting, positive, spectacular and dynamic video, which will be chosen by the international Life Fitness jury.

Olympics Fact No 2 - The Biathlon

Is a sporting event that goes back to exercise for Norwegian soldiers. They took part in a contest called military patrol. The competition was popular in the first half of the XX century. The team consisted of the senior officer who headed the patrol, junior officer and two common soldiers.

The officer had the pistol, but he did not take part in shooting. Every participant had also a back pack with him. Biathlon as we know it nowadays became a part of the Olympic Games official program in the 1960.

Halfpipe Snowboarding

The half-pipe competition takes place in a bowl-shaped course dug deep into the hill. Using speed gained on the slope, snowboarders come up over the rim of the pipe and perform acrobatic aerial tricks. The object of the half-pipe is to perform difficult tricks with perfect form.
